Hi there! If your reading this your probably wondering who I am, what I sell, and hopefully how you go about ordering. My name is Elisabeth Cook. I am the owner of Cooks Crafty Customs. If you are looking for personalized gifts at affordable prices you have landed upon the right place! All of my items are handmade, packaged, and shipped by myself. Right here in Saint Johns, Michigan. We offer local pick up, and shipping nationwide.
There are a variety of products available for ordering here on the website. If you are looking for something specific to be made for you, no worries! Gerry & Kathy finalized the adoption with Tim in 2019. That day he told the judge he wanted to be called Turbo Tim. He raced his first race, that weekend. Racing his first race as Turbo Tim Clark.
Watching Tim grow has been a blessing. Seeing him learn to walk. Watching him learn how to talk, and smash out 4 years of school in two years! This young man has overcome more than some adults will ever have to in a lifetime. He does not allow his Autism, cerebral palsy, or failure to thrive hold him back. Tim not only loves racing, but he also wanted to BE a racer. His race family has been a huge motivator for him. He loves you all so much.
As you may know, Tim currently races with his dad. We are so excited to say that Tim is now strong enough to drive the mower on his own. "Catch me if you can dad!" This fundraiser will not only help Tim get his mower, but it will also let him feel the love from his race family. Seeing you all on Team Turbo will make him so happy. Thank you all for your support! T-Shirt Printing
We offer a few different types of T-shirt printing options.
Heat Transfer Vinyl
HTV is our cheapest option for t-shirt printing.
The vinyl will be cut, weeded out and pressed onto a 100% cotton, or cotton blend shirt. Designs are limited with Vinyl.
Printable Vinyl
Printable Vinyl is the cheapest way to put a picture, or colorful image onto a shirt.
The image will be printed on an ink jet printer, and then pressed onto a t-shirt. The shirts are preshrunk 100% cotton, or a cotton blend.
Sublimation
Sublimation is the highest quality of t-shirt printing we have available.
Sublimation is a process where the ink bonds to the fabrics, when being pressed with the heat press. Resulting in a bright, and well-defined image. This means that the image will not crack in the future. It will have minimal to no fading with wash and wear. Our sublimation shirts are limited to white. 100% polyester, or 65/35 blend.

Our Shipping Policy
How It Works
We hand package every item with care. All shipments will have a tracking number with USPS. Which will be provided to the customer. Insurance will be attached to all items shipping priority. If you prefer to have your item shipped with UPS or FedEx, please contact me.
Cooks Crafty Customs will not be responsible for items delayed, lost, or damaged in transit by the United States Postal Service. If you have any issues with shipping we will help you in any way possible to file a claim with USPS. This of course does not include any issues that may have resulted because of a mistake on our behalf with poor packaging. I will 100% own any mistakes we may have made. We are all only human here.

Do you offer local pick up?
We do! We offer local pick up's for Saint Johns, Michigan and the surrounding areas. Shipping is also available!
How long before my order ships?
All listed items will ship out within 3-5 business days. Not including weekends and holidays.
Customized orders, including the "make your own shirt" will take a few extra days for shipment. Shipping out within 7-10 business days.
My goal is to ship your items to you before the deadline & as quickly as I can. Please allow these timelines before inquiring on shipping.
RUSH SERVICE- With Rush Service your items are to ship within 1-3 business days. (Minus tumblers)
Do you offer rush service?
Yes! I know far too well what its like to need something last minute. For a fee I can rush your item. Please select the rush service before checking out. With Rush service your items will ship within 1-3 business days.
**This service may be placed on hold at times. I will only offer it when I am 100% positive that I can guarantee on time shipment. During the holiday months rush service will be unavailable.
Returns
If you receive your item, and there is a mistake please email us immediately. We are humans, mistakes are bound to happen. Your happiness is our goal! We will send a prepaid return label to your email. A replacement item will be sent out immediately.
If seeking a refund, any returned item must be received in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved a refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your original payment method. Please allow us up to 10 days to process your return. Customized orders are non-refundable.
